Michael Buble Sales Beat Pink And Beyonce

Michael Buble ‘Christmas’ has managed to outsell the Pink DVD ‘The Truth About Love Live From Melbourne’ by just 8 units this week but was well in front of the new Beyonce album by over 1000 copies.

Michael Buble ‘Christmas’ sold 32,253 copies while Beyonce came in at no. 2 with 31,102 sales.

Pink ‘The Truth About Love Live From Melbourne’ topped the DVD chart with 32,246 sales, around six times more than the no. 2 DVD from OneDirection ‘This Is Us’ with 5,470 sales.

It was a good sales week for albums in Australia with over 519,000 albums sold.

Buble’s ‘Christmas’ shared the Top 10 with Human Nature’s ‘The Christmas Album’ at no 4 with 18,702 sales.

Other Christmas albums this week were Susan Boyle ‘Home From Christmas’ at no. 16, Mariah Carey ‘Merry Christmas’ at no. 30, Kelly Clarkson ‘Wrapped In Red’ at no. 33, Rod Stewart ‘Merry Christmas Baby’ at no. 40, Marina Prior ‘Candlelight Christmas’ at no. 46, Anthony Callea ‘This Is Christmas’ at no. 47, Michael Crawford ‘O Holy Night’ at no. 57 and Glee ‘The Christmas Album’ at no. 89

The 12th Man CDs are always a popular gift at Christmas time and 19,308 cricket fans can expect to find his ‘Willy Nilly’ album under their tree on Wednesday.
