Former Farnham backing singer Nikki Nicholls will honour Carole King with her ‘The Songs and Stories of Carole King’ show for one night only in March.

“Carole King’s life so far has certainly been a tapestry of rich and royal hue and I feel extremely blessed to be able to present a collection of her amazing, legendary songs that was the soundtrack of our lives,” Nikki says.

Her band Kings Rule features Adrian Scott, Steve Wade, Eric McCusker, Rick Petropoulos and Fallon Williams III, whose members credits include Little River Band, Air Supply, Mondo Rock and Kylie Minogue.

Nikki herself was a backing singer on John Farnham’s ‘Whispering Jack’ album. She also co-wrote his hit song ‘That’s No Way To Love Someone’.

‘You’ve Got A Friend – The Songs and Stories of Carole King’ is on for one-night only Friday March 3 at The Palms at Crown Casino.
