Robin Thicke ‘Paula’ has shown up on the ARIA chart at no. 207 this week.

Thicke was falsely represented that last when he was ridiculed worldwide for his album failing to make Australia’s Top 500. Those reports proved inaccurate when it was discovered that the album that not yet been released.

Publications like The Guardian, NME and Lefsetz were quick to criticise the failure of the album last week when it hadn’t been yet made available to the public.

‘Paula’ by Robin Thicke was officially released on Friday, July 4 in Australia qualifying it for the chart for first time only this week. It showed up at no. 207 after selling 158 copies.

While that figure sounds remarkable poor by comparison 296 sales would have placed it at no. 100 and 542 sales would have given it a Top 40 position.

Despite the perceived lack of interest for the Robin Thicke album from music fans the video for the single ‘Get Her Back’ has achieved over 5.5 million views since it was first published on YouTube three weeks ago.
