Pennsylvania post-hardcore outfit Balance And Composure ponder their majestic debut album Separation.

Jon, Eric and Andy from the band dropped in during their Australian tour where they were plugging their ambitious debut.

Separation is a leap for the band, creative a wider sonic palate from their pop-punk, melodic rock and hardcore influences than on their first two EPs.

They kinda disown their first EPs, nut out their writing process, talk about their “punk dad” producer Brian McTiernan, their surprising influences, what keeps them sane on tour, and more.
