The UK heavy music mag doles out its awards every year, to mostly British acts, but the Sydney kids have scored two nominations on the eve of their national headlining tour.

They’ve been nominated for ‘Best International Newcomer’ and frontwoman Jenna McDougall has been nominated in the ‘Hottest Female’ category. The Kerrang! Awards ceremony takes place in the UK on June 7.

The band are about to embark on a national tour of Australia, before two stops in Japan in early June, and then a slot on the US Warped Tour.
