Ed Sheeran has released two new songs from his upcoming third album ‘÷’ (pronounced “divide”).

Sheeran promised fans new music by Friday earlier this week and he has delivered.

The two songs ‘Castle On The Hill’ and ‘Shape Of You’ are from 2017’s ‘÷’, the follow-up to 2014’s ‘x’ and the debut 2011’s ‘+’.

“A club is not the best place to find a lover so a bar is where I go,” Ed sings on ‘Shape Of You’. He teased the lyrics as a tweet this week. The song was written with Johnny McDaid and Steve Mac and co-produced by Mac.

‘Castle On The Hill’ was written and produced by Ed Sheeran and Benny Blanco.
