Elton John Adds Second Hobart Show After First Shows Sell In Minutes

in News

Sir Elton John has added a second Hobart show after tickets for the Hobart, Mackay, Cairns and Wollongong sold out in eight minutes.

For promoter Michael Chugg, the Hobart success is a hometown win as Michael is originally from Tasmania. “I trusted in Tassie, I knew they’d bring it home,” he said. “The turnout for tickets on Elton’s first show was fantastic, and I’m trusting it will be just as strong for this second one. But it’s really Elton we have to thank for agreeing to go again.

“Pretty much every seat at the Derwent Entertainment Centre is a Platinum ticket by comparison to any of the other venues Elton is playing in September.”

Elton John’s Once In A Lifetime Dates

September 22, Mackay, BB Print Stadium
September 24, Wollongong, WIN Stadium
September 27 and 28, Hobart, Derwent Entertainment Centre
