The first trailer for the Elton John biopic ‘Rocketman’ has been revealed.

Rocketman stars Taron Edgeton as Elton John. He starred in the UK series Smoke and the two Kingsman movies.

Rocketman has been a long time coming. The movie was first announced in 2012. Back then Justin Timberlake was topped to play Sir Elton.

Nothing much happened until July 2017 when Edgeton was announced to take over the role.

The movie also stars Jamie Bell as Bernie Taupin, Richard Madden as John Reid and Bryce Dallas Howard as Elton’s mother.

‘Rocketman’ will premiere in 31 May, 2019.
