Glenn Hughes is bringing his critically acclaimed Classic Deep Purple Live show to the U.S. this August through December.

The first leg of the tour was announced earlier today (April 3) which includes dates along the east coast of the country. More dates for November and December will be coming in the near future.

Hughes toured the show in Australia in 2017.

Hughes, whose career also includes time with Trapeze, Black Sabbath, California Breed and his current Black Country Communion, will concentrate on the music that he recorded with Deep Purple during their Mk. III and IV incarnations including such favorites as “Stormbringer”, “You Keep on Moving”, “Burn” and, in a salute to the Mk. II lineup, “Highway Star” and “Smoke on the Water”.

Also in Hughes band are Soren Anderson (guitar), Jesper Bo Hansen (keyboards) and Fer Escobedo (drums).
