Jimmy Barnes and family have recorded their version of Pharrell Williams’ hit ‘Happy’.
So far over 1225 versions of the song have been made originating from 120 countries and creating over 88 hours of continuous ‘Happy’ songs.
The Barnes’ version features three generations of Barnesies with Jimmy and Jane heading the group along with daughter Mahalia and grand-daughter Ruby making a rare vocal appearance with the Barnes gang.
Jimmy Barnes is using his social media sites on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to give fans a special acoustic performance every month. “We recorded this late last week, and the song that was #1 was “Happy” by Pharrell Williams, so here you go,” Jimmy said on his Facebook page.
