John Mellencamp covers band Scarecrow will be at the Union Club in Richmond on Melbourne Cup Eve.

One of Scarecrow’s biggest fans is John Mellencamp himself who acknowledged the “authentic and musically accurate interpretation’ of his songs.

Singer Gary Young has been John Mellencamp almost as long as John Mellencamp. He began fronting Scarecrow in the late 80s.

Scarecrow will perform at The Union Club in Richmond on Monday 6 November.
