Just Check Out This Roger Waters Setlist

Roger Waters put on a free show for 200,000 people on Saturday night at the Plaza de la Constitucion in Mexico City, Mexico and, if this was a rehearsal for his Desert Trip Festival this coming Sunday, those high ticket prices just may be worth it.

The 25-song/two-hour show was strictly Pink Floyd with a bit of politics thrown in. Waters, who always uses giant screens to enhance his music, used images of both American and Mexican politicians including one of Donald Trump’s head on the body of a pig.

The set list featured eight of the ten tracks from Dark Side of the Moon, all but one track (the second half of Shine On You Crazy Diamond) from Wish You Were Here and four of the five tracks from Animals. The rest of the set included music from A Saucerful of Secrets (1 song), Meddle (2) and The Wall (5).

James Taylor Farewells Australia With Final Tour (Melbourne Review)

I could go to a James Taylor show just for the stories. The man is a part of music history and is still around to tell the tales of how it all began. Like, for instance, being the first artist signed to Apple Records. James “auditioned” for Apple with his song ‘Something In The Way She Moves’. "Paul went away and started the label and George went away and wrote the song”, he said.
