Kid Rock Is Engaged

by Roger Wink, VVN Music on April 19, 2017

in News

Kid Rock is engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Audrey Berry.

TMZ announced the engagement when they noticed a rock, a really big rock, on her finger (in a rare moment when they weren’t chasing Ringo Starr down the street).

This will be the second marriage for Kid Rock, born Robert Ritchie, who wed actress Pamela Anderson in July 2006 after they dated on-and-off for almost five years. Anderson filed for divorce in November 2006.

The Detroit Free Press is reporting that Kid Rock and Berry actually became engaged earlier in the year but this past weekend was the first time she had been seen wearing the diamond.

While the couple’s history is not detailed, it is said that they started going together a couple of years after Rock’s divorce. He specifically wanted to keep this relationship out of the public spotlight, once telling Piers Morgan that he is “trying not to be so selfish.”

Kid Rock is currently working in Nashville on his eleventh studio album and the follow-up to 2015’s First Kiss.
