The soundtrack to the reboot of ‘A Star Is Born’, starring Lady Gaga, will be released on October 5.

This edition of A Star Is Born dates back to 2011 when it was first announced Clint Eastwood would remake the movie with Beyoncé. The production hit a roadblock when Beyoncé fell pregnant and Eastwood had difficulty enticing Leonardo Di Caprio, Will Smith and Christian Bale to star.

Bradley Cooper moved into the top spot. He would eventually not only take the role of Jackson Maine, he also replaced Eastwood as director.

Lukas Nelson (Promise of the Real) got involved a year ago and started writing songs for the movie. The film will also premiere on October 5.
