TMZ reports that a judge has ordered Dr Murray to meet with Michel’s mother Katherine Jackson’s attorneys in her lawsuit against concert promoter AEG.

The lawsuit accuses AEG Live of helping to cause the death of Michael by ‘pressuring him to prepare for his 2009 comeback concerts, despite his fragile health.’

CNN report that the suit has been filed on behalf of Katherine and Michael’s three children Prince, Paris and Blanket.

The suit also says that AEG Live executives ‘hired and supervised Dr Murray,’ who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Michael Jackson’s death.

He has been serving a four year sentence in Los Angeles County Jail since November 11.

AEG deny any wrongdoing.

Dr Murray’s lawyer Valerie Wass unsuccessfully objected to her client’s deposition, but his testimony will be now be videotaped from jail on March 18.

Ms Wass told CNN she would advise Murray to invoke the Fifth Amendment and not answer questions.

Dr Murray has never been questioned under oath about the Thriller singer’s death and did not testify at his trial.

Michael died from acute propofol and benzodiazepine intoxication after suffering from cardiac arrest.
