David Bowie albums accounted for 26.1% of all sales in the Top 500 in Australia last week.

29 David Bowie titles registered in the Australian Top 500 after news of the death of Bowie broke on Monday January 11. That means the chart figures were made up of just 3 and a bit days sales. (The Australian chart each week is calculated for sales from midnight Fridays to 11:50pm the following Thursday.
