David Bowie Reigns Supreme On UK Chart

There was really little doubt that David Bowie would have the number 1 album this week in Britain. Interest in the album Blackstar was already strong even before his passing last Sunday.

What wasn’t quite as expected was the number of Bowie’s albums that would reenter the chart. There are 2 in the top 10, six of the top twenty, 10 of the top 40 and 19 in the top 100.
