Paul McCartney hasn’t performed his new song ‘New’ from the ‘New’ album live yet but he has been rehearsing up the band.

McCartney has released a video of a new acoustic performance of ‘New’ done before going on stage for his Regina concert in Canada last month. He is yet to perform the song live on his current US tour.

The Regina show on August 14 was Paul McCartney’s most recent live show and includes a number of Beatles songs like ‘Your Mother Should Know’ and ‘All Together Now’ performed for the very first time by the Beatle.

Paul McCartney ‘New’ will be released on October 15. The song was produced by Mark Ronson, while the album also features production from Giles Martin (son of George), Ethan Johns and Paul Epworth. It is his 16th solo album and first since album of new material since ‘Memory Almost Full’ in 2007.
