Prince has had one busy week with new publishing, catalog and recording deals.
To top it all off, here is a new song, a slow ballad called The Breakdown.
The song reportedly will be part of an upcoming new album.
Prince has been in a legal battle to reclaim rights to the publishing of his songs.
He reacquired the catalogue last week.
