Roger Daltrey To Perform Tommy At Bluesfest

The first announcement for Bluesfest includes a complete perform of The Who’s rock opera Tommy by Who singer Roger Daltrey.

Also coming for Bluesfest 2012 are Earth, Wind & Fire, The Pogues, G3 featuring Joe Satriani, Steve Vai and Steve Lukather, Yes, Buddy Guy, Maceo Parker, My Morning Jacket, Brian Setzer’s Rockabilly Riot, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Jonny Lang, Yann Tiersen, Bettye Lavette, Steve Earle, Justin Townes Earle, Trombone Shorty, Great Big Sea, The Jayhawks and John Butler Trio.

This is the 23rd annual Bluesfest.

Dates for 2012 are April 5 to 9, 2012.
