“She can’t sing, but she’s a star,” Confidential published. “She’s a self-proclaimed rock star wannabe who can’t play an instrument.”

Confidential was alerting readers to the fact that Ruby Rose has signed a recording deal with Sony Music.

Rose took to Twitter to mouth off at Confidential. She tweeted, “What on EARTH are the Daily Telegraph on about, can’t sing … I was in a church choir for 10 years. I have sung most of my life.”

“Perhaps they should wait till they have heard or seen something before they have to be such predictable jerks,” she added.

“Also why do they act like it is news when I was in the studio a year ago with Gypsy and the Cat? I have been very vocal about it”.

So expect a Ruby Rose record in 2012.
