Suzi Quatro has written most of the songs on her next album ‘No Control’ with her son Richard Tuckey.

Richard’s dad is Suzi’s former husband Len Tuckey, who was also her lead guitarist. They divorced in 1992. They had two children, daughter Laura (1982) and son Richard (1984).

“This was our first attempt at writing and recording something together,” Suzi says. “The creative progress began with ‘Don’t Do Me Wrong’. And, through this unusually beautiful English summer of 2018, we sat outside, acoustic bass, acoustic guitar, iPad recording app, and lots of paper, throwing ideas back and forth.”

Suzi will release ‘No Control’ on 29 March, 2019.

This weekend she will head off as headliner for Red Hot Summer series two.

Suzi Quatro will tour Red Hot Summer series two with The Angels, Baby Animals, The Screaming Jets, Jon Stevens, Moving Pictures and Chocolate Starfish.
