The Beach Boys, the “official” lineup of the band with Mike Love and Bruce Johnston, have an extremely heavy touring schedule for the summer and fall with 100 dates over a six month period.

The “Wild Honey World Tour” starts with two nights at Royal Albert Hall in London and winds through Europe before coming to the U.S. on June 30.

Mike Love said “We are so excited to begin our Wild Honey World Tour. It is such an amazing experience to witness generations of fans, from all corners of the world, come together to celebrate our music. It is incredible to see our fans, show after show, city after city, country after country, dancing and singing along to these songs we have loved and performed for decades.”

Prior to the first show, there will be a special presentation, “An Evening with the Beach Boys’ Mike Love” on May 16 at London’s Union Chapel. In addition, the city of Knokke-Heist, Belgium, will honour The Beach Boys’ 30 year anniversary of performing in the city on June 5th with a ceremonial event at Town Hall. Mayor Count Leopold Lippens will unveil a commemorative plaque on the beach where the Beach Boys performed 30 years ago and grant the band honorary citizenship.

The current Beach Boys band includes Love, Johnston, Scott Totten, Jeffrey Foskett, Brian Eichenberger, Tim Bonhomme, and John Cowsill. John Stamos will join them on drums from May 24 to June 5.
