The English Beat will return to Australia and New Zealand in 2014 after sell-out shows in 2012.
The English Beat, featuring Dave Wakeling, were founders of the British ska scene of the early 80s with Madness, The Specials and The Selecter. Their hits included ‘Too Nice To Talk To’, ‘Mirror In The Bathroom’ and a ska reinvention of Smokey Robinson’s ‘Tears of a Clown’.
