Thom Yorke’s third solo album ‘ANIMA’ is coming as soon as 28 June.

Yorke dropped news of the new album via his Twitter account and also announced that the album will be accompanied by a film. A screener for the film was shown in Los Angeles Friday night (21 June).

“There’s some low key very first preview IMAX screenings in LA tonight of a certain ‘One Reeler’ film . I’m not in the vicinity, but Mr Thomas Anderson will be.. eventually, once he’s driven across town and parked the car…”

A teaser for the film, to be broadcast on Netflix, was also revealed today.

Thom Yorke’s two previous solo albums are ‘The Eraser’ (2006) and ‘Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes’ (2014). In 2018 he scored the music for ‘Suspiria’. The last Radiohead album was ‘A Moon Shaped Pool’ in 2016.
