The Presets

Our biggest electro outfit, The Presets, are finally heading toward the release of the follow-up to their ARIA- and J Award-winning breakthrough album Apocalypso.

Julian and Kim previewed just a half a minute of their new single ‘Youth In Trouble’ at the start of the week and now we have the whole thing.

The clip is a technicolour digital nightmare (or ‘a bit of fun’, depending on how you slice it) by Yoshi Sodeoka, who did the most recent Yeasayer teaser.

If you pre-order their new album Pacifica now on iTunes you’ll get a free download of ‘Youth in Trouble’. The album is out through Modular on September 14, and there’ll be a limited edition version with a lenticular cover, hardcover book, numbered and signed lithograph and the album in three formats – CD, vinyl and digital.

They’ll also be headlining Parklife in October. But for now, get amped with ‘Youth In Trouble’ below.
