Beloved folk punk act The Smith Street Band have a new album, a tour of China, and more straight-talking tales.

Honest, frank storytelling and catchy, husky folk tunes have made Melbourne’s The Smith Street Band the name on many a mature punk fans lips, their debut No One Gets Lost Anymore picking up plaudits all around.

Frontman Wil Wagner and drummer Chris Cowburn drop in for a banter about being Frank Turner’s favourite new band, beefing up the sound on Sunshine & Technology, braving a tour of China, letting it rip lyrically, and taking the path less travelled.
