Jason Bonham’s Led Zep Australian Tour Postponed

Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Experience Australian down hase been bumped into May.

The Led Zeppelin Experience is Jason Bonham’s tribute to his father Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham, who died in 1980 at the age of 32. Bonham had been drinking heavily during rehearsals in Canada for a Led Zeppelin world tour. He had consumed 16 shots of vodka for breakfast on his way to rehearsal. His autopsy showed he had consumed 40 shots in a 24 hour period.

Led Zeppelin decided not to replace Bonham, instead choosing to breakup the band.

The rescheduled dates are:

Sydney – May 23 – State Theatre
Melbourne – May 24 – Palais Theatre
Perth – May 26 – Perth Concert Hall
Brisbane – May 29 – Tivoli
