Abba will mark their 40th anniversary with the release of a 3CD Abba Gold and B-Sides set.
As the world waits to hear if the original members of ABBA will do anything for the 40th anniversary of their breakthrough at the 1974 Eurovision Song Contest, they will have to make due with yet another new version of their compilation Gold: Greatest Hits.
The new set is spread out over three CDs with the first including the original Gold album, one of the biggest selling albums ever worldwide. Disc 2 is the followup, More ABBA Gold which included songs that wouldn’t fit on the original release including I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do, I Do and Honey, Honey. The final disc includes 20 b-sides from the original hits, most of which were previously available on the various studio albums.
