Melbourne’s Billboard The Venue has a new name. After being known as Billboard for about 40 years the venue has been renamed 170 Russell (after its address).
170 Russell remains under the same management with Corner Presents now doing the bookings for venue.
The first act to be announced under the new venue name is The Wailers.
The Wailers will tour Australia in April for Bluesfest and will perform their Melbourne sideshow at 170 Russell.
The Wailers show will feature Sly & Robbie and TAXI featuring Bitty McLean.
The Wailers will also perform at Deni Blues and Roots festival on the Easter Long Weekend.
