Former AC/DC singer Brian Johnson may not be performing on stage at the moment but that isn’t keeping him out of the spotlight.

A new television series, Brian Johnson’s Life on the Road, will premier on England’s Sky Arts on April 28 and run for six weeks.

According to a show description, look for Brian to cover “one aspect of the rock and roll life: live performance, touring and being ‘on the road.” Each week, he will travel to a different location and interview an artist on their rock-and-roll lifestyle.

The schedule:

04/28 – Roger Daltrey
05/05 – Lars Ulrich (Metallica)
05/12 – Nick Mason (Pink Floyd)
05/19 – Sting
05/26 – Joe Elliott (Def Leppard)
06/02 – Robert Plant

Johnson was lead singer of AC/DC from 1980 to 2016 when hearing problems made him retire from performing. Cutting edge hearing devices have returned much of Brian’s hearing; however, there has been no word on whether he will return to the stage.

There really is a riot going on right now, so what a poignant moment it seems to be to lose a hero I never met, yet a man I often imagined as my soul brother. I worked with many of his alumni (including the man who helped invent him, fellow San Fran disk jockey Tom Donahue), and to say they and he inspired me would be a useless understatement.
