Classic Hits Live Is Heading To Goulburn

by Paul Cashmere on May 17, 2018

in News

Goulburn will have a turn at the Classic Hits concert when 10 iconic Aussie acts come to play the town.

The NSW city midway between Canberra and Sydney is often neglected when it comes to live entertainment.

“Bringing Classic Hits Live to Goulburn is very exciting,” 2GN’s Gail Bowdern said in a statement.

“People say nothing ever happens around here but now these legendary music artists are coming to town, we don’t have to travel to see them and some of the best classic hits from the 80’s will be live on our doorstep. We play their songs on air all the time, to have them in town, for one event on the same day is awesome! I can’t wait.”

CLASSIC HITS LIVE – Saturday 13th October 2018

Goulburn Workers Arena

Featuring:

Ross Wilson

Glenn Shorrock

Dragon
Mark Gable of Choirboys

Leo Sayer Shares His Thoughts on The Passing of Sly Stone

There really is a riot going on right now, so what a poignant moment it seems to be to lose a hero I never met, yet a man I often imagined as my soul brother. I worked with many of his alumni (including the man who helped invent him, fellow San Fran disk jockey Tom Donahue), and to say they and he inspired me would be a useless understatement.
