Cold Chisel To Play Second And Final Sydney Entertainment Show

by Paul Cashmere on May 7, 2015

in Live,News

Cold Chisel has sold out the first night of their Last Stand of Sydney’s Entertainment Centre’ show and have put a second show on sale.

Chisel will be the final Australian act to perform at the Sydney Entertainment Centre before it is torn down. They will do two shows on December 17 and 18 and Elton John will perform the final show at the venue on December 19.

Demand was understandably strong for the first show. Chisel performed their Last Stand shows in 1983 at the Sydney Entertainment Centre before they broke up for 15 years. “It’s blown our minds,” said Ian Moss. “There are so many memories and emotions tied to our ‘Last Stand’ shows for all of us and it looks like a lot of fans feel the same way. We had to add another show, making this a two-night stand”.

Tickets for the new show on THURSDAY, 17 DECEMBER 2015 on sale through Ticketek at 10am AEST Friday 8 May.

Remaining tickets to Cold Chisel’s show on Friday, 18 December will also be released at this same time.
