Craig’s manager Colin Lester tweeted today, “we have been working very hard so this happen and its almost certain he will be in Australia next week – update soon!”

Yesterday he announced to fans that next week’s Australian tour was cancelled after the promoter disappeared. “Infortunately we have been let down by the tour organiser in NYC. Angry and devastated but will keep you posted! Sorry!,” he said.

Craig David is advising fans to follow his manager. “Some great breaking news just in from ‪@mrcolinlester regarding my shows in Australia. We’re so close now. Follow him for the latest update,” he wrote.

Earlier Craig posted, “I promise 2 get back out 2 Australia as soon as I can & this time no shady promoter will stop me. I was so hyped 2 perform for you next week.”

Yesterday Craig informed fans, “Right now I’m totally confused & I promise I will get 2 the bottom of this. But right now it looks like the promoter has let us all down!!”

“Found out I’m not coming 2 Australia? Still trying 2 find out why? Being told promoter gone AWOL! So sorry 2 my fans”.

Colin Lester has posted that refunds should be available at the point of purchase. However, as of midday Saturday, Ticketmaster.com.au was still selling Craig David tickets for next week’s show.
