Foo Fighters Cut Show Short After Four Songs

The Foo Fighters faced another force on Saturday night, that of Mother Nature.

They’d already found a way to get around the broken leg of lead Dave Grohl after he fell off the stage last month in Sweden but they had no way to stop an oncoming storm at the Festival D’Été de Québec in Quebec City.

Just four songs into their headlining set, the winds whipped up and rain and lightning started, forcing them from the stage. The force of the storm can be seen in a Twitter posting by the band.

The band were only able to get in four songs, Everlong, Monkey Wrench, Learn to Fly and Something For Nothing.

The band also announced on Monday morning that they will be playing The National Bowl in Milton Keynes, U.K. on September 5 and 6 with special guest Iggy Pop.
