Gotye ‘Somebody That I Used to Know’ exceeded 100 million views on Youtube earlier today.

At the time of publication, ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’ by Gotye featuring Kimbra had 100,218,572 views.

The song is from Melbourne based Gotye’s third album ‘Making Mirrors’.

‘Making Mirrors’ finished 2011 as the 4th biggest selling album of the year in Australia and was also the 10th biggest seller in Belgium.

The album has now been released worldwide and is still charting. It cracked the Top 20 of the US album chart last week and HitsDailyDouble.com predicts it will go to 14 in America this week.

Peak positions in other territories are Austria (6), Canada (3), Denmark (7), Netherlands (5), France (11), Germany (3), Ireland (7), New Zealand (8), Poland (1), Scotland (5), UK (4).

The Canadian version by Walk Off The Earth is also currently sitting at 67,806,264 views.
