Happy Monday’s third album ‘Pills ‘n’ Thrills and Bellyaches’ is considered by fans to be their finest achievement. It was certainly their most success album.

Happy Mondays will perform ‘Pills ‘n’ Thrills and Bellyaches’ in full when they tour Australia in 2019 for David Roy Williams.

‘Pills ‘n’ Thrills and Bellyaches’ was recorded in 1990 for Tony Wilson’s Factory Records. The album was produced by Paul Oakenfold and Steve Osbourne. The album gave Happy Monday’s their tow biggest hits with ‘Step On’ and ‘Kinky Afro’.

The Happy Mondays tour will feature original members Shaun Ryder, Paul Ryder, Bez and Gaz Whelan with Rowena (who sang on the album) as well as long-time member Dan Broad.
