Jennifer Lopez Plays Impromptu Performance For Restaurant Diners

Jennifer Lopez surprised diners at a restaurant in Italy by treating them to suppertime serenade on Wednesday.

The singer/actress is currently holidaying in Europe with her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, and while the couple has spent most of its time aboard a luxury yacht, they decided to pay a visit to the popular Italian island of Capri for a day of shopping and sightseeing.

In the evening, the pair dined at a nearby restaurant which boasted a live, local band, and, to everyone’s surprise, the On The Floor singer joined them on stage for a spontaneous rendition of her 1999 hit Let’s Get Loud.

Dressed in a floral cocktail dress and with her honey-coloured locks pulled into a sleek bun, the songstress got the whole of the restaurant on its feet as Alex filmed his lady on stage.

“Let’s get loud in Capri,” he captioned a video of the performance on his Instagram account.

The 43-year-old former baseball player also documented the evening on his Stories, sharing an image of his girlfriend posing with the restaurant’s staff and, later, a video of the star being presented with a collection of flaming candles.

Earlier in the day, the father-of-two shared a snap of the duo, both dressed in white, perusing an array of colourful fruit at a local street market.

The Shades of Blue actress also continued to document their Italian getaway on social media, sharing an image of the couple cosying up on their yacht against a pink sunset and another of her hunky beau seemingly attempting to give her a love bite.

Last month, the couple and its families – including Jennifer’s 10-year-old twins Emme and Max and Alex’s daughters Natasha, 13, and Ella, 10 – took another beach trip to the Bahamas to celebrate the singer’s 49th birthday. The star’s celebrations included splashing around in the waves, showing off her toned abs in a black bikini and a birthday party filled with a gorgeous cake.

Sammy Hagar has always had a reputation for surrounding himself with powerhouse players, but his upcoming live album, Sammy Hagar & The Best Of All Worlds Band – The Residency (out October 10, 2025 via Big Machine Rock), brings a distinctly Australian twist. On keyboards, vocals and guitar is Rai Thistlethwayte, best known at home for fronting Thirsty Merc and more recently as a member of The Fabulous Caprettos.
