Jimmy Kimmel has discovered that when you discuss buzz bands at SXSW who people at the music festival, you can make up whatever you want.

In his second year of producing the hilarious Lie Witness News, the Kimmel team has ventured out onto the streets of Austin during SXSW to discover people really do love DJ Underwire, Cheese-Wiz Khalifa and Eddie and his Man-Purse, even though they don’t exist.

“DJ Underwire is really mixing it up with turntablism and bringing that back in,” says one punter interviewed by the Kimmel show on the streets of Austin.

We also discover that Wiz Khalifia’s little brother Cheese-Wiz Kalifa “has a good sound, I definitely like it. One of my friends is really into him”.

Bearded hat man is a huge fan of Eddie and his Man-Purse. “Man-Purse if the band and Eddie is the lead singer so you pretty much get to see the whole man-purse” while blue-hat guy loves DJ Gluten. He even has some of it on his phone.

Watch people who have no idea make complete dicks of themselves globally on the Jimmy Kimmel Show.
