Matchbox Twenty Show Delayed Because Of Bee Swarm

by Paul Cashmere on August 5, 2017

in News

Matchbox Twenty fans in Tucson had to wait a little longer than usual for their band this week. A swarm of bees decided to take to the arena before the show.

Matchbox Twenty played Anselmo Valencia Amphitheater in Tucson on Thursday. Singer Rob Thomas posted to Instragam “Beekeeper has arrived!! Still trying to make this happen. Can’t make this up!”

While action was taken, the band were backstage “jamming a bee solo”.

While the show was delayed it did go on.
