Moving Pictures Perform First New Songs In 30 Years

in Live,News

Moving Pictures debuted their first new music in 30 years at the Sydney Opera House on Friday night (October 3, 2014).

The new songs may or may not be on a third Moving Pictures album at some time in the future. “Three new songs in the set, heaps in the pipeline”, singer and founder Alex Smith tells Noise11.com. “A new album is kinda a “how long is a piece of string” kinda question. At the moment more questions than answers”.

The now London based Alex Smith is back in Australia with the reformed Moving Pictures to play at the WSFM & iHeartRadio Pure Gold show on October 25 in Sydney to mark the 90th anniversary of the Hordern Pavilion.

Moving Pictures also scheduled in two shows for the Sydney Opera House, last night (October 3) and again tonight (October 4).
