Wes Scantlin Of Puddle Of Mudd Arrested For Vandalism

Wes Scantlin of Puddle of Mudd is in trouble again.

The singer and guitarist was arrested twice in ten days last summer for DWI which, in one case, had him testing at four times the legal limit, and again on December 26 when drugs were found in his car during a traffic stop for expired tags.

This time, though, Scantilin might be in bigger trouble as he has been charged with felony vandalism for destroying his previous home that he lost last year in foreclosure.

According to TMZ, Wes allegedly used a hatchet to smash a window in the home where he destroyed security cameras, electronics and an alarm system. Video at the TMZ site shows Scantlin claiming to police “C’mon, this is my house, man!”

Two others that joined him on the escapade have been charged with trespassing although they don’t appear to have vandalism charges pointing to Scantlin as doing all of the damage.

Scantlin was released on $26,000 bail.
