The Canadian rock band will bring their eleventh studio album to Australian arenas in October 2027 with Don Broco as special guests, tickets going on sale from mid-October following the record’s October 30 release.
Nickelback have confirmed the Australian leg of their 2027 Everything Under The Sun Tour, a global arena run supporting the band’s eleventh studio album of the same name, which lands on October 30 via Virgin Music Group. Don Broco will join as special guests across the Australian dates, which begin on 2 October 2027 at Perth’s RAC Arena and finish on 16 October in the Hunter Valley.
The Australian shows form part of a much larger itinerary that opens in North America in February 2027 and continues through the UK and Europe before reaching Australia in the spring. The local run includes stops in Adelaide, Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane and Sydney.
Tickets for the Australian dates become available to the general public on Friday 16 October at 10am local time through LiveNation.com.au. A series of presales begin earlier, with the artist presale opening on Tuesday 13 October at 10am and running until Thursday 15 October at 10pm. Additional windows are available for Vodafone customers, Mastercard cardholders, Live Nation members, Westfield members and Spotify users. VIP packages offering premium seating, lounge access and exclusive merchandise will also be on offer.
The announcement coincides with the continuing rollout of Everything Under The Sun. Lead single “Rattle The Cage”, featuring John 5, currently sits at number one on the US Active Rock chart. Follow-up tracks “Leave Me Behind” and “Make Me Love You” have pointed to a broader emotional range across the new record, balancing the band’s familiar arena-scale rock with more vulnerable material.
Don Broco’s involvement carries an existing creative link. The English four-piece previously collaborated with Nickelback on “Nightmare Tripping”, the title track of their latest Fearless Records album. The connection grew from mutual respect between the two camps, making the shared live dates a natural extension of that relationship. Don Broco have built a strong reputation for high-energy performances, including sold-out shows at Wembley Arena and Alexandra Palace and appearances at Download and Reading & Leeds.
The tour follows a high-water mark for Nickelback. Their Get Rollin’ World Tour became both the fastest-selling and highest-attended run of their career. The Netflix documentary Hate to Love: Nickelback also reached a wide audience, spending weeks inside the platform’s Global Top 10 and offering an unusually candid look at the band’s long path.
With nearly 65 million albums sold worldwide, billions of streams and more than 50 million monthly listeners, Nickelback remain one of the most commercially consistent rock acts of their generation. Formed in Hanna, Alberta, the current lineup of Chad Kroeger, Ryan Peake, Mike Kroeger and Daniel Adair has spent more than three decades delivering radio anthems such as “How You Remind Me”, “Photograph”, “Someday”, “Far Away” and “Rockstar”. Canadian and RIAA Diamond-certified, Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductees and GRAMMY-nominated, the band have maintained a dedicated international audience through both catalogue strength and consistent live delivery.
The Australian dates close out the current announced itinerary. After opening in Perth, the run moves to Adelaide’s Entertainment Centre on 5 October, Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on 7 October, Geelong’s Mount Duneed Estate on 9 October, Brisbane Entertainment Centre on 12 October and Sydney’s Afterpay Arena on 14 October before the final outdoor date at Roche Estate in Pokolbin on 16 October. The Geelong and Hunter Valley shows are promoted by Face To Face Touring; Vodafone and Westfield Reserved presales do not apply to those two outdoor dates.
Everything Under The Sun is released on 30 October. The Australian arena dates follow almost a year later, giving fans a full cycle of new material before the band returns to local stages.
