Phil Rudd Has A Car Collection To Rival Brian Johnson

There is no guessing how Phil Rudd’s AC/DC fortune was spent. Just look in his garage. The former AC/DC drummer’s car collection is enough to make any motorhead envious.

Rudd’s collection includes a rare 1991 Ferrari F40 and a brand new Ferrari 599.as well as two Lamborghinis, a 2010 Rolls Royce Ghost, 2011 Bentley Mulsanne and Bentley super sport, Audi R8 V10, a 2011 Aston Martin DBS and 2010 Mercedes SLS AMG.

Rudd houses the cars in his helicopter hangar, yes … with his helicopter.

Check them out here.

Rudd’s collection revivals that of former AC/DC singer Brian Johnson who last year added his 18th car to his collection, a new Jaguar Project 7.

Rudd has toned down since his arrest in New Zealand two years ago. “I see a psychiatrist once a week and I’m closer than ever to my children. I still have all my flash all his cars but now I want to grow chillies,” he says.

Melbourne born Phil Rudd now lives in Tauranga, New Zealand. Phil was the drummer from AC/DC from 1975 to 1983 and again from 1994 to 2015. He was sacked from the band due to unreliability after recording ‘Rock Or Bust’ but before the ‘Rock or Bust’ world tour. In 2014 he was charged with attempting to procure a murder, threatening to kill and possession. He was sentenced (and served) eight months in home detention.

Now he is ready to go on the road.

Phil Rudd will tour Europe in September, October and November.

Why Queen’s Quietest Member John Deacon Chose to Become a Recluse Until This Rare Return

For fans of Queen, John Deacon has long been the enigma of the band, a brilliant musician, masterful songwriter, and humble presence behind the scenes. Since the early 1990s, Deacon has shunned the spotlight, retiring quietly after Freddie Mercury’s death in 1991. But now, years later, he has quietly resurfaced, lending his signature alongside bandmates Roger Taylor and Brian May on a charity auction item, signalling, perhaps, that even the most private of souls can still make their mark in unexpected ways.
