Queen + Adam Lambert will return to Australia in 2018.

Queen’s 2014 Australia tour with Adam Lambert was every bit as flamboyant and aggressive a show you expected from the original line-up. Fans who didn’t go because “it wasn’t Freddie” made the wrong decision.

The Queen + Adam Lambert setlist digs deep into not only the classics but also the album cuts. Queen fans know their albums from start to finish. For every ‘Killer Queen’ and ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ there was also a ‘Stone Cold Crazy’ or ‘Seven Seas of Rhye’.

The signature sound of the band is kept in toe by guitarist Brian May and with Roger Taylor on drums. Taylor was also a major songwriter for Queen contributing ‘Radio Ga Ga’ and ‘A Kind of Magic’.

This show is big and it rocks hard.

Why Queen’s Quietest Member John Deacon Chose to Become a Recluse Until This Rare Return

For fans of Queen, John Deacon has long been the enigma of the band, a brilliant musician, masterful songwriter, and humble presence behind the scenes. Since the early 1990s, Deacon has shunned the spotlight, retiring quietly after Freddie Mercury’s death in 1991. But now, years later, he has quietly resurfaced, lending his signature alongside bandmates Roger Taylor and Brian May on a charity auction item, signalling, perhaps, that even the most private of souls can still make their mark in unexpected ways.
