Guess who’s back, back again. Shady’s back. Tell a friend. Yes, Eminem is back in Australia for the first time in a decade. “Tonight I’m gonna remember this shit this time,” he said in reference to his drug and alcohol fuelled past.

Eminem

The Eminem show is a big budget stadium show with the Melbourne leg played out of the 60,000+ Etihad Stadium.

Stadium shows always have their problems and this one was no exception. The sound was awful for the first part but they managed to correct it in the first quarter.

The setlist, however, was outstanding. Australian fans were treated to Eminem’s greatest hits over the 85-minute show.

The audience loved the show and sang along to every word. Eminem could have walked off stage during ‘Love The Way You Lie’ and left the audience to take it over.

Vocals for the featured artists on the songs were handled by his backing singers or the original vocal sampled.

The setlist was:

Won’t Back Down (from Recovery, 2010)
3am (from Relapse, 2009)
Square Dance (from The Eminem Show, 2002)
W.T.P. (from Recovery, 2010)

Stan (from The Marshall Mathers LP, 2000)
