Ronan Keating will celebrate 30 years in music with the Just Getting Started World Tour, opening in Australia in March 2027 before continuing through New Zealand, the UK and Europe.

Ronan Keating has announced the Just Getting Started World Tour, a global concert series marking more than three decades since he first emerged with Boyzone. Australia will host the opening dates in March 2027, with shows scheduled for Perth, Melbourne and Sydney before the tour moves to New Zealand and later the UK and Europe.
The Australian leg begins at Perth HPC on Thursday 11 March 2027, followed by Margaret Court Arena in Melbourne on Saturday 13 March and Sydney’s TikTok Entertainment Centre on Sunday 14 March.
Tickets will go on presale from Tuesday 22 September at 9am local time, with general public sales beginning Thursday 24 September at 9am local time. Presale registration is available through Ronan Keating and Destroy All Lines.
The tour is built around the catalogue Keating has accumulated through Boyzone and his solo career, with the singer describing the title Just Getting Started as a reflection of where he believes he is creatively after more than 30 years in the music industry.
“I’ve been incredibly lucky to have spent more than three decades doing what I love,” Keating said. “I’ve travelled the world, made records I’m enormously proud of and, most importantly, had audiences singing those songs back to me night after night.”
Keating said the tour would provide an opportunity to revisit songs that have remained part of his career while presenting them from his current perspective.
“The reason I’ve called this tour Just Getting Started is because I genuinely feel I’m entering a new chapter,” he said. “I understand myself, my music and what I want to say more clearly than ever before, and I want to celebrate these songs with audiences in a way that feels fresh.”
Keating’s career began in the 1990s with Boyzone, which became one of Ireland’s most successful pop groups. The band sold more than 25 million records worldwide, produced five UK No.1 albums and six UK No.1 singles, and recorded 18 UK Top 10 singles.
Keating was selected for the group at 16 after more than 300 young hopefuls auditioned. Boyzone initially split in 1999 before reforming in 2007. The group continued touring until 2019, when five sold-out shows at London’s Palladium marked the end of that chapter at the time.
Keating had already begun developing his solo career during Boyzone’s original period of success. His self-titled 2000 album reached No.1 in the UK and was followed by further chart-topping albums including Destination and 10 Years of Hits.
His solo catalogue includes four UK No.1 albums and 14 UK Top 10 singles. Guinness World Records also recognises Keating for 30 consecutive UK Top 10 entries, a run that included his work with Boyzone and continued into his solo career.
Among the defining songs from that catalogue is When You Say Nothing At All. Keating’s recording was first released in 1999 in connection with the film Notting Hill and became a UK No.1, establishing an important early milestone in his solo career. Life Is A Rollercoaster and If Tomorrow Never Comes subsequently also reached No.1 in the UK.
Keating’s broader career has extended beyond recording and touring. He has worked in television in Australia, the UK and Germany, performed in the West End and presented major events including Eurovision and the MTV Europe Music Awards.
The announcement follows a renewed period of attention around Boyzone. The 2025 documentary series Boyzone: No Matter What revisited the group’s history through interviews with the surviving members, while in June 2026 Keating reunited with Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham and Shane Lynch for two shows at London’s Emirates Stadium. Those performances were the group’s first together since 2019.
For Keating, the Just Getting Started tour places that history alongside his solo catalogue. The Australian shows will provide the first opportunity for audiences to see the new tour before it continues with dates in New Zealand in March, the UK in June and July, and mainland Europe from September.
“I feel creatively energised, deeply grateful and more connected to what I do than ever,” Keating said. “I can’t wait to share that with people around the world.”
