Steel Panther Sing A Song For Kanye West

in News

Steel Panther have put down a new song as a tongue-in-cheek slapdown to that great musical hero Kanye West after he interrupted Beck at the Grammy Awards this week.

“A little something we put together in the studio today…let’s just say we were struck with inspiration after last week’s Grammy Awards,” the band say about the song.

The words go like this:

Kanye, you really have a way with words /
You should have been a poet /
cuz your music sounds like hamster turds /
I’m glad Beyonce lost that night /
and Beck should kick you in the nuts with steel-toed boots to make it right /
Kanye, what about respecting art /
Beck’s music is some weird stuff /
But you sound like a donkey fart /
You’re friggen hypocritical /
I hope you get the cancer on your Johnson and your testicles /

Kanye West went up on stage and tried to grab Beck’s Album of the Year award as a protest because he felt the award should have gone to Beyonce.

As was pointed out of Kanye’s interruption, Beyonce had 27 writers and 19 producers on her album, Beck had one writer and one producer.
