Tommy Lee Court Case Against His Son Dismissed

Tommy Lee’s charges against his son, Brandon Lee, for punching him during a mid-March altercation have been dismissed by the Los Angeles district attorney and it appears to be Tommy’s fault.

According to TMZ, Tommy decided not to cooperate with the investigation even though he was the one that originally brought charges. That left the DA with no other choice but to drop the case.

There were conflicting reports on exactly what happened that night but it appears that Brandon became enraged after seeing a tweet that Tommy posted after an interview with his ex and Brandon’s mother, Pamela Anderson, with Piers Morgan. Tommy’s tweet stated “@piersmorgan ur interviews w/ Donald Trump & my ex-wife are pathetic! Think she’d find something new to discuss instead of rehashing old shit but I guess she has nothing else going on & needs attention ??‍♂️ Signed, “The abuser” (who she texts everyday & asks for me back)”.

He followed with a number of additional posts with Anderson in unflattering poses.

Brandon allegedly burst into the room being shared by Tommy and his fiancee and started yelling at the rocker, defending his mother. Initial reports say Tommy lunged at his son but later accounts said that he was simply showing Brandon to the door when his son punched him and sent him to the ground.

New information which was just brought out by TMZ says that paperwork on the case states that “Brandon allegedly told Tommy, “Get up old man and fight me” before punching Tommy out cold. The doc says Brandon allegedly then said, “Look at you, motherfucker, you are knocked-out.””

Police were called and, afterwards, Tommy sought a restraining order against Brandon but, evidently, family won out over the violence and Lee decided not to go forward with the case.
