The Smashing Pumpkins will mark 35 years of their debut album Gish with new vinyl editions, revisiting the record that introduced The Smashing Pumpkins as a formidable force in alternative rock.

Pink Floyd will mark the 50th anniversary of Wish You Were Here with a major archival reissue arriving on 12 December, and the centrepiece of the release is the first ever continuous edition of Shine On You Crazy Diamond presented as a 25 minute stereo mix. The new version unites Parts I to V and Parts VI to IX in a single sequence, a format long discussed by fans yet never officially delivered until now.

Four decades have passed since The Power Station rewired the mid-80s pop landscape with a blast of rock, funk and high-gloss glamour. Now, the short-lived yet explosive supergroup will be honoured with deluxe reissues of their self-titled 1985 debut. Rhino Records will release a 4 CD box set and a 2 LP edition on 23 January, delivering a comprehensive look back at one of the decade's most electrifying collaborations.

Slipknot’s self-titled debut album landed on 29 June 1999 like a pipe bomb in the middle of the metal world. Twenty-five years later, that same record – the one that introduced nine masked maniacs from Des Moines, Iowa to the world – has been reimagined in a definitive deluxe edition, Slipknot (25th Anniversary Edition), out now via Roadrunner Records.
